How it counts
Straight about what each number means.
A report is only useful when the team agrees on what it measures.
-
Email opens are never measured
No tracking pixel is added, so reply rate counts people who actually wrote back.
-
Every number has a definition
Turn on Show definitions and each one says what it counts and what it leaves out.
-
Imported history stays out of the range
Stage changes that came in with an import do not count as new work, so a migration never inflates a month.
-
Pipeline counts stages as they are now
Stage history is not kept, so open pipeline counts deals by their current stage. A deal that closed after the range is not counted.
