Why we built it

Built for our own sales first.

Our ERP work keeps us close to distributors on Prophet 21 and manufacturers on Epicor Kinetic, and to how they sell: by phone and by email, account by account, with quotes and callbacks that cannot slip.

We wanted a CRM that worked that way for our own sales, so we built one. It lines up the calls, replies and follow-ups that need a person, and keeps calling, email and records in one place.

Now we are opening it to other teams: distributors and manufacturers, the businesses we know from the ERP side, along with contractors and service firms.
