Drafts you can check, sent from your Gmail.

Write it yourself or start from an AI draft grounded in the record. Every AI draft shows the facts it used, and nothing sends until a person approves it.

Stainless ball valve quote

Hi Dana,

I hope your week is going well. I wanted to follow up on the stainless ball valve quote I sent over six days ago.

If it would help, I can walk you through the pricing on a quick call this week.

Let me know if you have any questions at all, or if there is anything else we can help with.

Thanks,
Alex

AI drafting

Every claim checked against a fact.

AI drafting stays off until an admin turns it on for the workspace. Off hides every AI control.

  • The facts, in plain view

Each draft lists the facts it drew on, such as the open opportunity, the last email and the recipient’s role. Mark any fact Wrong or Outdated.

  • A second check on every sentence

A second model checks each sentence against those facts, and lines it cannot back are rewritten or removed before you see them. A draft that still fails takes an override note to approve, and the note is kept with the approval. The check is on by default.

  • Changes you accept or discard

Improve, Fix mistakes, Shorten, Tone, Answer first and Ask for a change each come back as a proposal. Accept it, accept and edit, or discard it.

  • Your company’s playbook

Admins keep a company playbook with your claims, proof points and phrases to avoid. Drafts work from it.

  • Approval the server enforces

The server will not send an AI draft nobody approved. Edit it after approval and it needs approving again.

Sending

Your own Gmail, with every state in view.

Sending stays off until an admin turns it on for the workspace.

  • Your own Gmail

Connect with Google sign-in. The token is kept encrypted, and your Google password is never stored.

  • Every state in view

Queued, sending, verify pending, sent, failed or cancelled. A queued email can still be cancelled.

  • Sent at a good time

Send now, at 8:30 the next business morning in their time zone, or at a time you pick. Every check runs again at that time.

  • Never sent twice

If Gmail does not confirm a send, the mailbox is checked before any resend. Retrying is always your call.

  • Replies in the thread

Replies are matched in the same Gmail thread. They land on the record and open a task in Today.

  • No tracking pixel

Opens and clicks are never tracked. Reports count replies instead.

Drafting for a list

One draft per person, reviewed one at a time.

Choose a group of people and you get a separate draft for each. Every draft waits for approval.

  1. Pick the people

Start from a list or a table selection. Anyone on the do-not-contact list, anyone without an email and anyone emailed in the last 30 days is skipped.

  2. Review one draft at a time

Move with j and k, approve with a, skip with s and regenerate with r. Approving never sends. Sending is its own step.

  3. Catch drafts that read alike

Drafts that read too much like each other get one automatic rewrite. Any pair that still matches is flagged for you to edit.

  4. Follow-ups are tasks, not sends

After a send, a follow-up task comes due 4 business days later, then again 7 days after that. A reply, bounce or opt-out stops them, and every follow-up email still needs approval.

Protection

Mail that respects a no.

  • Opt-outs stick

Cold first-touch emails carry a one-click unsubscribe line, and opt-out replies add the address to the do-not-contact list on their own.

  • Bounces suppress

One hard bounce, or three soft bounces in 30 days, stops mail to that address.

  • The mailbox pauses itself

Hard bounces, a high hard-bounce or opt-out rate, a spam complaint or a block from Google pauses sending from that mailbox.

  • A postal address on cold mail

Cold email needs a postal address in the signature before it can send.

  • No broken merge fields

Type / for a snippet. Merge fields take a fallback, and a field left empty blocks approval and sending.

  • Checked at send time

The do-not-contact list and suppressions are checked again the moment an email goes out, scheduled or not.

How protection works

Draft email you can check before anything sends.
