Records your team can trust.

Accounts, people and opportunities in tables you can filter, sort and save. Duplicate checks run before a record is written, and every call, email and note lands on the timeline.

Tables

Built for working a list, not just reading one.

Accounts, people and opportunities share the same table tools.

  • Filters that nest

Combine conditions with All or Any, add Not, and nest groups. Facets show counts before you apply them.

  • Saved views

A view keeps its filters, sort and columns. Share it with the team or keep it to yourself.

  • Bulk actions

Select a few rows or everything that matches, then add to a list, add a task, draft emails or export.

  • Preview without leaving

Arrow keys move, Space previews the record in a side panel, Enter opens it and x selects the row.

  • Columns and density

Sort on any column, choose the columns you need and set the row density.

  • Export

Export selected rows as a CSV file. Exporting every field needs the export permission.

Duplicates

Duplicates are stopped at the door.

The same company entered twice splits its history in two. The workspace checks before anything is written.

  1. A matching domain or email stops the new record

Instead, you go to the record that already exists, so the history stays in one place.

  2. A matching name asks first

You see the likely match. Choose Create anyway when it really is a different company.

  3. Imports match before they write

Accounts match on domain, then exact name, and people match on email. Existing records only get their empty fields filled, and do-not-contact rows are skipped.

  4. An admin settles the rest

Possible duplicates wait in the Inbox. Merging moves contacts, activity, tasks, opportunities and blocks to the kept record, and the old link opens the one that stayed.

On every record

Everything about an account on one page.

  • One timeline

Calls, emails, notes and logged meetings in order, with filters when the history gets long.

  • Lead stages

New, Attempting, Engaged, Qualified, Won or Disqualified. A reply moves a lead to Engaged, and disqualifying asks for a reason.

  • Opportunities

Run more than one pipeline. Each stage has a win chance and a number of days before a deal counts as stale.

  • A next action, always

A record with no open task says so, so a lead does not stall without anyone noticing.

  • Custom fields

Text, numbers, dates, choices, money, teammates and more, on accounts, people and opportunities. Make a field required or unique.

  • Lists

Hand-picked lists of accounts or people for a campaign or a territory. Open one as a table or draft emails for it.

Start with clean records, and keep them that way.
