What counts as a seat?

Each active person and each pending invitation in your workspace takes one seat. Deactivating someone frees their seat, and you can reactivate them later.

What comes with the trial?

The trial runs for 14 days with up to 3 seats, 1 phone line, 2 mailboxes, 10 custom fields and 1 pipeline. Browser calling and email are included, and there is no card to start.

Which plans include AI drafting?

AI drafting comes with Growth and Enterprise. An admin turns it on for the workspace, and every AI draft waits for a person to approve it before it can send.

Which email accounts can send?

Email sends from Gmail mailboxes you connect with Google sign-in. Each plan includes a set number of mailboxes, shown in the comparison above.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Contact support@lumina-erp.com to move to another plan. If the workspace uses more seats, phone lines, mailboxes, custom fields or pipelines than the new plan allows, remove some first, then switch.

Where do admins see usage?

Settings, then Billing shows the plan and how many seats, phone lines, mailboxes, custom fields and pipelines are in use against each limit. It flags a limit you are close to or over.

What does Enterprise add?

Enterprise adds audit export, IP allowlist and custom roles, with seats and limits set with you. Talk to sales to plan it.
