The Lumina Leads™ workspace lines up callbacks, replies and follow-ups in the order they need you, and keeps calling, email
and clean records in one place. Built for distributors, manufacturers, contractors and service firms.
Replies, callbacks, missed calls and the follow-ups you set land in one list. Anything with a response clock comes first, and each item says why it is there.
Focus next works through the queue one item at a time, with the contact details and recent activity in view.
Keyboard shortcuts cover the whole list: j and k move, e completes, s snoozes and o opens the record.
Do-not-contact records never show up in the queue.

Calling
Call from the browser, with checks before every dial.
The dialer checks the number, the do-not-contact list and calling hours before it dials. After the call, pick the outcome and the next step is suggested for you.
Incoming calls ring in the browser and show who is calling when the number is on file.
Missed calls from unknown numbers go to the Inbox, to link to a record or create one.
Every outcome suggests a follow-up and when it is due. Change the timing before you log it.
Missed calls and voicemails come back to you in Today.
Watch a call get logged, or take over and try it yourself.
Try it: pick how the call went, check the suggested follow-up, then log the call.
Outreach and AI drafting
Drafts you can check, then send from your own Gmail.
Write it yourself or start from an AI draft grounded in the record. Every AI draft shows the facts it used, and nothing sends until a person approves it.
Improve, Shorten, Answer first and Tone each come back as a visible change you accept or discard.
Each send shows its state from queued to sent, and a queued email can still be cancelled.
Batch review walks a set of drafts one at a time and flags drafts that read alike.
AI drafting stays off until an admin turns it on for the workspace.
I hope your week is going well. I wanted to follow up on the stainless ball valve quote I sent over six days ago.
If it would help, I can walk you through the pricing on a quick call this week.
Let me know if you have any questions at all, or if there is anything else we can help with.
Thanks, Alex

Protection
When someone says stop, it sticks.
Mark a person, an account, a number or a domain as do not contact and the workspace turns off calls, email and outreach for them. The server checks again before every call and send.
Opt-out replies and unsubscribe links add the address to the list on their own.
Do-not-contact records stay out of Today, and batch sends skip them.
A mailbox pauses itself when bounces, complaints or opt-outs run high.
Every workspace is isolated from every other workspace.
They asked not to be contacted. Calls, emails and outreach are off. Notes stay available.
